This was revealed in a report semi-annual JD Power & Associates released on Thursday (3/21/2013) ago. This is the ninth consecutive year, the Apple iPhone smartphone takes first place as the most satisfactory in the eyes of the user.
JD Power & Associates examined user satisfaction based on performance aspects, physical design, features, and ease of use. Assessment results are presented in the highest 1,000-point scale, with Apple scored 855.
Apple highest in the categories of design and ease of use products.
The second sequence is occupied Nokia who scored 796. Furthermore, in order, there is Samsung, Motorola, HTC, LG, and BlackBerry.
The agency noted that the average score rate of customer satisfaction with these producers have increased since the previous study in late 2012.
